Breakaway CRM Guide
The CRM handles all out traders’ needs from KYC, deposits/withdrawals to online support
Account Setup and KYC
- Login to the Breakaway CRM here
- Go to “Personal” > “KYC” tab
- Prepare and submit the 3 documents required
- You may review our terms of use as well
Account Security

Trading Account Creation
For creating up to 3 trading accounts, use the “+Real Account” button on the Home page.
While creating account, you can also set the leverage of the account (can be amended in CRM later)
Breakaway offers 3 types of account:
Raw (Classic)
- Spreads from 0.1 pip
- Fast Order Execution
- No handling fees
- Max Leverage 1:200
STD (Professional)
- Spreads from 0.3 pip
- Fast Order Execution
- No handling fees
- Max Leverage 1:400
PRO (Super)
- Spreads from 0.5 pip
- Fast Order Execution
- No handling fees
- Max Leverage 1:1000
Deposit
We support USDT and credit card fund in options.
For USDT Deposits
- We match 1 USD to 1 USDT rate
- Deposit address may change from time-to-time
- You incur gas fees on your side
- We don’t charge for processing deposits
For Credit Cards
- Credit cards that are not using USD currency by default will subject to a conversion rate
- Always open payment tab in another window
- Your bank may charge you fees
- We charge a 1% fee based on amount deposited
Withdrawals
We currently only support USDT withdrawals only.
For USDT Withdrawals
- We match 1 USD to 1 USDT rate
- The processing fee will be reflected on CRM
- Ensure that you are using the TRC20 network
- Withdrawals will take up to 3 business days

Internal Transfers
For traders who have more than 1 account, you have the option of consolidating your funds by transferring in between your accounts.
Key Points
- No processing fee for internal transfers
- Transfers are instantly executed
